Lucy last won the title in 2016 after three consecutive years, and this year she overcame 2018’s runner up Caitlin McCullough having beaten the defending champion Jessica Leeman in the semi-finals.

In the men’s event Caleb made his debut in the senior final and defeated the two-time defending champion Jordan McKeown in a very hard hitting final.

The last match of the day saw juniors Cian McDonnell and Dylan Leeman team up to claim the Men’s Championship Doubles title. The unseeded pair beat the top seeds Alex and Gordon Watt in the semi-finals in a late-night finish before toppling the 2nd seeds Jordan McKeown and Harry Ellesmere in the final.

The ladies doubles title was successfully defended by American College players Annie and Caitlin McCullough who proved too strong a partnership for the new singles champion Lucy Octave and last year’s singles winner Jessica Leeman.

The mixed doubles cup had new names on it after Aaron Stubbs & Annie McCullough beat brother sister team of Dylan and Jessica Leeman.

Congratulations to all the winners and to everyone who took part, its4women.co.uk are thrilled to be the new sponsor.
